I know I don’t have the summaries done for the past 5 episodes or so but I’m going to get them done, I’ve just been sick and have had alot of drama and bad shit in my life past week or so. I do have all the episodes up for download though. That’s right episodes 151-158 are all up on the page for those. So go get them and quit wondering where they are. I’m gonna try and summarize them this weekends, when I do one I’ll do them all so don’t worry about it.

The episode starts with a recap of sorts, but with new footage too. Before the intro music starts we’re left with Killer Bee’s older brother, the Raikage, getting the news of his brothers kidnapping and showing his displeasure. After intro we’re with Naruto and Kakashi talking with his Toads. They leave and head to Tsunades office, only to be greeted by more toads, one being a great sage. He’s there to give the bad news on Jiraiya, I forgot Naruto and the others didn’t know yet. He then informs them of Pain and what he knows.

Naruto vents his anger on the room and on Tsunade then leaves the room. We then get sometalking here and there, a little about Jiraiya and a little about pain. Then Naruto has flashbacks as he wanders around town. Iruka sensei can sense something is really wrong when Naruto turns down ramen, emergency! Then Tsunade does the same. It’s not bad like most flashback episodes since it has important stuff and because Jiraiya was an awesome character I didn’t like to see go, kinda like Asuma.

That night Naruto wakes and takes a walk and ends up on a bench with a double stick icepop and noone to share it with… tears streaming down his face. As Iruka walks up he tries to wipe away water from his eyes. He sits and talks with him a bit and raises his spirits a bit, then shares the ice pop.

Meanwhile Shikimaru was given an assignment to find out what the code Jiraiya wrote before he died is. He tries to see if the 5th and Kakashi know anything related to it but nothing. Then he tries Naruto who is held up in his room in Gloomy Town just dazing out, no help yet. They leave and go to visit someone, Kurenai and she’s pregnant with Asuma’s baby. Then they go and have a talk and Shikimaru relates with losing Asuma and all.

Such a sad episode but at least we’re back on the main story again. I don’t know if next episode is this week or next, just have to wait and see, and hope for some action.

Naruto Shippuden #152-#153

Hotaru unleashes the power of the forbidden technique and when she looks around her friends lie unconscious. They awaken quick and start their assault. They manage to seal the assholes hands but Hotaru starts glowing and sucking in the chakra from everywhere around her,charging the forbidden technique.

After lots of talking Shininami takes off and Naruto goes after, leaving Utakata to watch after Hotaru as she sucks in the chakra around her, until she blows up supposedly. It’s no joke it seems, she explodes but Utakata used some weird jutsu or something to contain the explosion and everythings fine, almost to convenient.

Hotaru and the others return to the village where the villagers now accept her. Utakata plans to stick around to and help watch over things. As Naruto and his comrades bid Hotaru and the rest goodbye it makes me wonder if we’re done with Utakata. As he goes to send a message he’s intercepted by Akatsuki, seems he’s a Junchurriki and they got him. Thatsucks Utakata was cool, and if Naruto and them would of just stuck around a littlelonger they could of helped, I guess that’s just how it goes. Guess it means it wasn’t a total filler since it ended with all this. Did anyone else know he was a Bijuu and I just missed it? Oh well I expect the next episode to be back to main story, let’s hope so.

Naruto Shippuden #151

Summary tomorrow. And people that wonder why it takes so long, we only use one fan sub group because they’re good and when they release, we release.

Release the Forbidden Technique: The episode starts out with that Shininimo or whatever his name is, talking alot then beginning the releasing of the forbidden technique. Naruto and friends show up to try and stop it, but cannot. Everyone is forced to watch as Hotaru gathers the natural chakra around her into her body to release the technique. Sakura, Yamato, and Sai all stay busy taking care of the “possessed” villagers, doing as little damage as possible. Everythings going as Shininimo planned until Naruto and Utakata pull a trick out their sleeves. It’s not enough to stop him all the way though, he attempts to release even though Hotaru didn’t fill her chakra up all the way. In a big flash the world goes white around them

Naruto Shippuden #150

The episode starts with Naruto entering a cabin he expects to find Shirinami, but instead find a trap set by the four ninja after them. Hotaru on the other hand runs right by him where he stops her to talk and identify himself. He has other plans then destroying the forbidden technique, he want to work together with Hotaru and use the technique instead and try and revive their clan again. She sends word to Utakata about her plan, but Shirinami changes when she does and sends a kanji or something after the bird she dispatched. The bird makes it to Utakata safely though and after reading it he assumes she’s safe and that he’s free from her.

Meanwhile Naruto is back in the cabin with the other four. They try restraining him and taking him out, but come on it’s Naruto, not gonna happen. They try again and nothing, until all four give it what they got. While doing so they converse and give up the info that Shirinami is leading them all,meaning Utakata is not free, lucky he was listening and come to save the day before Naruto is done in.

During all this Hotaru is lead to her clans village where Shirinami has used some technique on all the villagers to control them. This is when he reveals he killed his own father trying to get the technique, bastard lol. If she can hold out a little longer Utakata and Naruto are hot on her trail and ready to save the day.On the way they talk of course and have some flashbacks of Utakatas’ days with his master. They come to the village at dusk. When they enter they’re greeted by a little girl, with a bomb! After that the villagers attack and it’son. Naruto and Utakata make it through the villagers only to be greeted by more, before they could close in on them Yamato, Sakura, and Sai show up to assist.

Now that the lackies are taken care of the four Shinobi come out to hold them off while Shirinami starts the process on releasing the forbidden technique. Naruto and Utakata are split from the rest and head off to stop Shirinami. Will they make it in time to prevent Shirinami from getting the technique banned for destroying an entire village or will Naruto and friends save the day as expected? find out by watching Naruto Shippuden Episode #150!

Naruto Shippuden #149

The episode starts with some guy spying on the group as they talk of clan history and why the forbidden technique is inbedded in Hotaru’s body. They also learn there’s a way to remove the technique from her body but she isn’t sure she wants that or not. Then Utakada, Naruto, and Sakura go out and talk with Hotaru about it before sending word to Tsunade about the situation. Then Utakada goes off to lure out the ANBU after him, but before they can get to him something else gets to them first. Find out what in Naruto Shippuden Episode #149.

Naruto Shippuden #148

Starting where we left off Hotaru is taken hostage by some ninja and Naruto and the gang had just showed up to help Utakata. It doesn’t take long to realize they’re ANBU and they’re after Utakata. After some talking and some persuasion Yamato gets the ANBU to agree to let Hotaru go if they give up Utakata after they complete they’re mission.

Then Utakata goes off for awhile to talk to the ANBU leader who tries to persuade him to just come back to the village and help,claiming they need him and his powers. He doesn’t give in that easily though. He then returns to Naruto and the others and they continue traveling. As they do so Naruto shares his views on a master with Hotaru as he thinks of Pervy Sensei. That’s pretty much the episode, nothing exciting,maybe next week we’ll get some action.

Naruto Shippuden #147

The episode starts where it left off, Naruto is on his way back to the village for Hotaru. But back at the village Hotaru is led right to the enemy by the villagers. She enters a room and the four ninja step out. She attempts to flee but it of course is useless. They demand the forbidden jutsu but she refuses and they take the scroll on her by force. It turns out to be a trap and explodes giving her a chance to make a run for it, which again fails, but gives more of a fight then expected.

Before anymore harm can come to her, Utakata makes his appearance and draws the attention to him. Using his bubbles he keeps the ninja at bay and Hotaru safe. They chase for awhile until the boss shows up for a meeting and to give his men info on Utakata, about being in the bingo book and worth alot of moolah.

After Hotaru and Utakata come to a stop from their escape they talk for awhile before they are attacked by what apear to be ANBU from some village. They attack Utakata and restrain him quickly. Everything looks over when DUN DA DA DUN DUN DUN DA! NARUTO SHOWS UP. And the end of the epsode, lol.Till next week.

Naruto Shippuden #146

As expected it a pretty layed back episode as Naruto and team acompony Hotaru and get to know eachother more, we also see more of Utakata through flashbacks of Hotaru. At least that’s how it is the first half.

Second half we get to start seeing a little action as the 4 ninja who attacked the temple or whatever, still in pursuit of Hotaru, are intercepted by Utakata. He encircles them in bubbles and pretty much toys with them for a little bit. It’s surprising how easy at first… then the 4 do some combo stuff and trap him in something that then explodes.

We’re left wondering as it cuts to Naruto and group as they come to their destination, what appears to be an abandoned village but the locals are just hiding. They don’t look happy after Naruto tricks them to come out. When they leave Hotaru with the villagers things seem…wrong. Naruto feels it to and returns once it gets dark…

Naruto Shippuden #145

The start of the new Saga and the real start to the new season if you ask me, even though it technically started with 142 I think. In the episode Naruto, Yamato, Shino, and the rest of the group that was after Sasuke, excluding Kakashi, are sent on a new assignment to help the Tsuchigumo Clan. The clan is protectors of a very powerful and dangerous jutsu that once took out an entire village and was outlawed by the Third Hokage. Now a new enemy wants the jutsu and Konoha has to help prevent that from happening.

Aside from the four new enemies we meet that are after the jutsu, we also meet Hotaru the grandaughter of the once powerful En no Gyouja and remaining member of the clan. Along with her is her servant Tonbei, an old man willing to give his life to protect her and the jutsu, we also meet Utakata. He’s an interesting person with some strange bubble techniques. through certain events he ends up leaving Hotaru once she’s accomponied by Naruto and the others, but I have a feeling we’ll be seeing more of Utakata.

For being what I assume is the start of some filler episodes it at least wasn’t a bad and boring start. As long as it has some good action and isn’t a whole season long then a couple fillers aren’t bad, just don’t keep me from Sasuke to long or I get grumpy.
